Phase: Foundation phase

Dur­ing the foun­da­tion phase, you will con­tin­ue to devel­op your start-up by design­ing your prod­uct or ser­vice in con­crete terms and tak­ing the first steps towards imple­men­ta­tion. You will work on estab­lish­ing a viable busi­ness mod­el and acquir­ing your first cus­tomers or users. In doing so, you will focus on clear­ly defin­ing and mea­sur­ing the social or envi­ron­men­tal impact of your offer­ing right from the start.
