The whole team is involved in impact processes

Impact work isn’t treated as a side project – everyone on the team takes part and contributes to driving progress. The necessary steps for measuring and improving impact – like collecting data, analyzing feedback, or refining processes – have been clearly identified.

Responsibilities are distributed so that every team member knows their role and how their work feeds into the bigger picture. There are regular moments of reflection to review what’s working and where there’s room to improve.

This might happen through retrospectives or team workshops where successes and obstacles are openly discussed. With a transparent process and clearly defined responsibilities, a culture emerges where everyone is actively engaged in shaping the impact of the startup.
